Set it up
- 1Add an outbound endpoint for the order events under Zapier, Make or n8n, pointed at that platform's hook.
- 2In the automation, raise the invoice in QuickBooks Online from the payload.
- 3Add an inbound endpoint with the order invoice action under Your accounting package, and give its URL to the automation.
- 4Have the automation post the invoice reference and the paid state back, and the order shows them.
