- What you get
- Quote against the customer accounts OrderWise already holds, rather than a copy somebody retyped.
- What moves
- In: customers on the schedule you set, and order status when OrderWise posts it. Out: quote and order events as signed JSON for your own middleware. Kabaido never writes into OrderWise itself.
- What you hand over
- An endpoint URL and a credential from your own OrderWise account: a bearer token, basic auth or a header key. Kabaido holds it encrypted and never shows it again.
Set it up
- 1Expose the customer list in OrderWise as one JSON response from its API.
- 2Create a REST connection here with that endpoint and your own credential.
- 3Map the company, email and reference fields, then run the test fetch.
- 4Add an inbound endpoint with the ERP order status action so OrderWise can post progress back.
