- An endpoint URL and a credential from your own Epicor Kinetic account: a bearer token, basic auth or a header key. Kabaido holds it encrypted and never shows it again.
Set it up
- 1Expose the customer list in Epicor Kinetic as one JSON response from its API.
- 2Create a REST connection here with that endpoint and your own credential.
- 3Map the company, email and reference fields, then run the test fetch.
- 4Add an inbound endpoint with the ERP order status action so Epicor Kinetic can post progress back.
