- What you get
- Work where your customers already write to you. An enquiry becomes a request without anyone forwarding it, and the reply threads on the original message.
- What moves
- In: new messages and their attachments, classified as a request for quotation, a purchase order, a technical question or none. Out: the drafted reply, sent from the connected address so it threads in the customer's mailbox.
- What you hand over
- A Google sign in on the inbox itself, scoped to reading mail and sending as that address. The token is held in a server only store and is never on a row a member can read.
Set it up
- 1Connect the inbox here and approve the Google sign in.
- 2Choose review mode or direct sending, and the address drafts go to.
- 3Let the agent read from now on: it never backfills the mailbox.
- 4Check the first few drafts, then decide whether to send directly.
