- What you get
- Hand a real solid to whoever needs it, so a customer, a programmer or a supplier starts from the geometry rather than from a picture of it.
- What moves
- Out: the solid, written by the same kernel that built the preview, so the file and the picture are the same shape. In: reading a STEP file you were sent is not built.
- What you hand over
- Nothing. The geometry is built in your own browser and the file is yours.
Set it up
- 1Configure the design until the rules pass.
- 2Choose STEP on the export and the kernel writes it from the same model the viewer shows.
- 3Attach it to the quote, or download it for your own systems.
