A design with a two dimensional profile exports as a DXF, with outer loops and cutouts on their own layers.

- What you get
- Send a cutting profile straight to whoever cuts it, with the loops separated so nesting and cutting do not need the file tidied first.
- What moves
- Out: the profile as a layered DXF. In: an attached DXF, measured for its profile or nested by the plasma machine module.
- What you hand over
- Nothing. The file is written from your own configuration and it is yours.
Set it up
- 1Configure a design that has a two dimensional profile.
- 2Choose DXF on the export.
- 3Outer loops are written on one layer and cutouts on another.
- 4Attach it to the quote, or hand it to your cutting software.
