Print Kabaido's label PDFs through BarTender and scan the codes back in at any station.

- What you get
- Use the hardware you already own. Kabaido's labels are ordinary PDFs and its scan stations read keyboard input, so nothing is locked to one vendor.
- What moves
- Out: the label PDF, exactly as Kabaido renders it. In: the scanned code, as keyboard input. No vendor API is involved and nothing is sent to BarTender.
- What you hand over
- Nothing. The printer and the scanner are yours and Kabaido never signs in to BarTender.
Set it up
- 1Install BarTender's own driver or label software on the machine that prints.
- 2Print a Kabaido label PDF to it once and set the media size.
- 3Open the scan station on that machine and scan a code into the field.
- 4Set the scanner's suffix to a carriage return so each scan submits on its own.
