Credits and what consumes them

Understand what a credit is, what consumes one and what is free.

Credits meter the automated reading and matching that Kabaido does for you. One credit is one ordinary resolved request line. They are charged when a line is first resolved.

Lines vary in how much work they take, so the weight varies with the kind of line:

What is free

Manual use of the platform costs nothing. Browsing the catalogue, writing a quote by hand and running the configurator yourself never spend a credit. Credits meter only the automated reading and matching.

Your monthly grant

Each plan includes a number of credits granted at the start of every billing period. The grant does not roll over, so an unused balance does not carry into the next month.

On the free plan, reaching the credit limit pauses automated responses. The rest of the platform stays fully usable by hand.
