Finding things fast
Search everything from one box and jump anywhere with the command palette.
Two tools cover navigation: the command palette for actions and jumps, and the search page for looking across all your records at once.
The command palette
Press Cmd K (Ctrl K on Windows) anywhere in the app. The palette offers actions such as New request and New quote, navigation to any area and entity search across your records. It is keyboard navigable end to end and remembers your recent searches.
The search page
Open Search for a single box that looks across products, quotes, orders, customers, service items and requests, grouped by type with the top results per group and a link into each area pre-filtered to your term.
The catalogue has its own richer browse with facets and typed filters; see the Catalog section. Serial search accepts scanner input directly, so scanning a docket finds the item.
Help
The ? button at the bottom of the sidebar opens help: restart the product tour, open this documentation or see keyboard shortcuts. For questions, open Support from the account menu, where an assistant answers from these docs and can raise a ticket for the team.
