Kabaido launches as AI for Industrial Sales: it turns unstructured customer requests into structured responses, grounded in your own catalogue, services and prices.
In this release
- Requests: full envelope extraction with citations, hybrid matching with deterministic fit ratings, clarifications and a structured-only mode that works before you import anything.
- Catalog: schema-based product data with eight domain presets, the import wizard, REST pull connections, faceted search and bulk edit.
- Configure: configurators with parameter schemas, the formula engine, rules, stock pools with nearest-match and STL and DXF geometry pricing.
- Servicing: service definitions and templates, serialised items with QR dockets, the inspection queue and batch servicing in chat.
- Commercial: quotes with versions, branded PDFs and emails, the public acceptance portal, orders, customers and special pricing.
- Billing: a free plan with no card, metered credits and the Starter, Growth and Scale plans.
- Integrations: CSV everywhere, REST connections, signed webhooks and a scoped API.
We publish honest scope. Email-in channels, named ERP and CRM connectors and multi-currency calculation are on the roadmap, stated plainly rather than implied.
