Plans and credits
Understand the plans, what a credit is and how the monthly allowance works.
Kabaido has five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Each plan sets the seats, catalogue size and module limits, and includes a monthly allowance of credits.
What a credit is
A credit is one resolved request line. Lines are complexity-weighted, so a catalogue or structured line costs 1 credit, a service or configured line costs 2, a configured line with geometry costs 3, and each vision page beyond the first adds 1.
Working in the platform by hand costs nothing. Browsing, building quotes manually and reading the run page are all free. Credits meter the AI extraction only.
Monthly allowance
Your included credits are granted at the start of each billing period. They are non-rolling, so unused credits do not carry over to the next month.

Annual billing is available on every paid plan at 10 per cent off the annual total. CSV import and export and the quote acceptance portal are included on every plan, free included.
Prices exclude VAT. Paid plans charge a per credit overage above the allowance, reported through your invoice. The free plan has no overage and stops at its caps.
