Create your account

Create an account, set up an organisation and invite your team.

Kabaido is organised around organisations. You sign in as a person and act inside one or more organisations, each with its own catalogue, customers and settings.

Sign up

Go to the sign up page and create an account with your work email and a password of at least 8 characters, or request a magic link and sign in without a password. Google and Microsoft sign in are available where enabled. No card is required to start.

Onboarding

On first sign in a short onboarding flow sets up your workspace:

  1. Your name.
  2. Create your organisation: name and currency. The first member becomes the owner. If you were invited, you join the inviting organisation here instead.
  3. Choose what you sell from the product categories, grouped under sawing, machining, cutting and grinding. Kabaido sets up the matching catalogue schemas, configurators and services, deriving your active domains and the eight knowledge packs beneath. You can change this any time in Settings, under Domain intelligence.
  4. Optionally load sample data, then land in the app with the guided tour.

Everything you do in the platform is scoped to the organisation you are working in.

Invite your team

  1. Open Settings, then Users.
  2. Invite a colleague by email and choose their role.
  3. They receive an invite link and join your organisation on accepting.

Roles control what each member can do, from full ownership to sales and read-only access. See Users, roles and permissions for the exact capability matrix.

The free plan includes one seat. Paid plans include unlimited seats, so invite as many colleagues as you need.
