Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade with confidence, knowing your data is never deleted.
You change plan from the in-app picker on the Billing page. Upgrades and downgrades are both prorated, so you pay the difference for the time remaining in the period.
Upgrades
An upgrade takes effect immediately. The higher seat, catalogue and module limits and the larger credit allowance apply straight away.
Downgrades
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period. If your catalogue holds more products than the new plan cap allows, nothing is deleted.
When a downgrade would exceed the new catalogue cap, the catalogue becomes read-only above the cap and a banner explains it. Your products stay intact and editing returns when you free up room or move back up a plan.
