The platform refit

July 2026. The platform has been rebuilt around four modules on one account, with sales and engineering on one platform as the whole point.

New in this release

• The four modules: the Sales Engineer flagship, the Design Engineer for custom product sales, Commerce as a managed store and trade portal and the Machinist for screens at the machine.
• The unified platform navigation: New request, Search, Sales, Products, Machinist and Commerce, with Settings, Support, Docs and the theme switch in the profile popout.
• The email agent: connect a Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox and the Sales Engineer reads, classifies and drafts replies to the enquiries that already arrive there, in review mode by default.
• The scheduling engine: book a meeting with the team from Commerce, from Support or from the website contact page.
• Arcline, the CNC plasma and sheet metal fabrication preset: parts and a CAD editor, sheet and remnant stock, cut orders and nesting with simulation and G-code and DXF export.
• Application Engineering Intelligence presented in full: seven categories and fifteen knowledge packs, selected per request, documented in the Requests section.
• The new website, rebuilt around the four modules with a page per module and an AEI page.

The docs were restructured to match: the old Configure section is now Design Engineer, and new sections cover the four modules, the Machinist and the email agent. Old links redirect.
