Machinist
Know what the Machinist is, where it lives in the platform and what it costs.
The Machinist module puts working interfaces on a screen at the machine. Presets are included with the platform; the first is Arcline, the CNC plasma and sheet metal fabrication interface, covering parts, stock, cut orders and nesting with G-code and DXF export.
Where it lives
Open Machinist in the main navigation. Arcline has its own working surface with parts, orders, stock and the nest and cut screen; see Arcline in the Machinist section of these docs.
Two ways to buy
- Platform module: use a preset with a screen attachment at the machine, running online against the platform.
- Licence or handover: machine builders take a preset or custom build under special licence, or a full handover custom build. POA.
What it costs
Presets are included in every plan. Plans cap connected machine screens: 1 free, 2 Starter, 5 Growth and 15 Scale, with additional screens beyond Scale by arrangement. AI features such as nesting assist run on credits. Caps enforce softly and never disable a running machine screen mid-job. Custom interfaces are scoped and built per project, POA.
