How Kabaido turns a request into a quote
Follow one customer request from the inbox to an accepted quote. Kabaido reads it, structures every line with values cited to the customer's own words and returns a priced quote you can send. Three steps: read, resolve, respond.
Step 1, Read
The request as it arrived
An RFQ rarely arrives tidy. It comes as an email body, a PDF attachment, a pasted line list or a photographed page. Kabaido reads whatever form it takes and turns it into one structured request: each line typed, quantities pulled out and the intent recognised as a quote.
Nothing is normalised away in silence. Each structured line keeps a cited value that points straight back to the words the customer wrote, so the reading can be checked before anything is matched or priced.

Every line typed, every value cited
Reading is only the start. Resolving turns a clean line into a fully specified one: units normalised, abbreviations expanded and every defining value, diameter, coating and length of cut, carried with the slice of text it came from. Open a chip in the demonstration to read that slice.
When a line does not say enough to price, Kabaido does not fill the gap. It marks the line as not enough to price and asks one clear question instead of inventing a diameter, a coating or a quantity. Switch the demonstration to the vague request to see that path.

Step 3, Respond
Matched, configured and priced
With every line resolved, Kabaido matches your catalogue, configures the made-to-order parts and prices the result against your own rules. A custom carbide endmill is one configured line; the finished quote pulls the whole request together.

It cites its sources and abstains rather than guessing
The same rule runs through all three steps. Every extracted value carries the source span it came from, so a quoted figure can be checked against the customer’s own words. Every match shows its fit and every price shows its calculation.
When the request does not state something, Kabaido says so and asks. Missing means a clarification, never a guess. There is no training on your data, and the AI provider is configured for zero retention.
