Acceptable Use Policy

You must use the service only for lawful purposes and must not use it to infringe the rights of others or to breach any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without permission.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.
• Uploading malware or content you do not have the right to share.
• Reselling or sharing access in breach of your plan limits.
• Using the AI or any feature to access, infer or extract data belonging to another organisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract or copy the underlying AI models.

API and integration access must stay within the limits of your plan and any documented rate limits. Automated use that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

Kabaido cites its sources and abstains rather than inventing a value. You must review AI output before relying on it commercially and must not present it as a guaranteed specification, price or part number without that review. You remain responsible for the decisions you take using the service.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the service and other customers. We will act proportionately.
