Bulk editing
Change many products at once with a clear preview, batched progress and an audit trail.
In the Products tab you can select rows, or select every product matching the current filter with a count to confirm before you act. An action sheet then applies a single change across the selection.
Available actions
- Set a field to a fixed value.
- Price maths: increase or decrease by a percentage or a fixed amount, with rounding to .00 or .95.
- Find and replace within a text field.
- Change the category, schema or status.
Changes run server side in batches of 1000 with a progress toast. Every bulk edit writes an entry to the audit log, so there is a record of what changed, when and by whom.
Archiving a product through a bulk status change keeps it in the catalogue. Its attributes and any links from existing quote lines are preserved.
