A custom machined part is too open-ended for a preset configurator, which is why none is planned. What works instead is a bespoke build around a machine shop's repeatable families: the parts you make again and again with different dimensions. If you quote the same shape weekly, that shape can be a configurator.

The buyer configures the dimensions, the rules hold your limits and your pricing builds the quote, so the repeat work orders itself while your estimators stay on the drawings that genuinely need them.
