Arcline is the Machinist preset for CNC plasma and sheet metal work. Everything below runs manually with no credit spend.
- True-shape nesting on your real stock
- Parts rotate and interlock on the sheets and remnants you actually hold, not an ideal sheet. The same inputs produce the same nest every time.
- A cut queue built for the table
- Cut orders group by material and thickness, tick to nest, approve, cut and the stock accounts for itself, remnants included.
- DXF in and out
- Import customer DXF files as parts; export every nest as DXF for the CAM flow you already run, SheetCam included.
- Direct G-code when you want it
- Word-address G-code with per machine post details: pierce dwell, optional THC codes, a feed ceiling and the machine named in the header. Validated together on your table before you rely on it.
- Runs in the browser
- No install, no dongle, no PC rebuild. A screen at the table needs WiFi and a login; parts, stock and orders live beside your quotes.
- Machine profiles
- Each table is a machine record: controller, working area, THC fitted, feed ceiling. Cut screens bind to a machine so the post always matches the table.
Alongside your setup
Runs with SheetCam and Mach3, not against them
Most UK plasma tables run Mach3 for machine control with SheetCam for CAM, and that setup works. Arcline adds what that stack leaves out: the parts library, real stock and remnant tracking, cut orders, deterministic true-shape nesting and a cut screen made for the person at the table.
The handover is a file either way. Export DXF and carry on through SheetCam exactly as today, or take direct G-code with the Mach3 post details set per machine. The direct path is validated together on your table before you rely on it.

- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes, and it is never a trial. Full manual Arcline on one machine: parts, DXF import, nesting, the cut queue, DXF and G-code export. No card at signup, ever. Paid plans add machine screens, AI credits and white label branding.
- What does it cost beyond the free plan?
- Starter is £149 a month with 2 machine screens included. Extra screens are £49 a month each on any paid plan. Annual billing takes 5 per cent off. The full ladder is on the pricing page.
- Do I have to replace SheetCam or Mach3?
- No. Arcline sits alongside them: export DXF into SheetCam and run the table from Mach3 exactly as today, and take direct G-code when you want the shorter path. Mach3 stays your machine control either way.
- Which tables does it work with?
- Any table whose CAM accepts DXF, which is nearly all of them. For direct G-code, Mach3 word-address output is supported today and each machine profile carries its own post details. Direct output is validated together on your table before it is relied on.
- Where does my data live?
- In your Kabaido organisation, UK hosted. Parts, stock, orders and nests stay yours; export is a click and nothing is ever deleted when a plan changes.
