How partnering works
From first hello to first payout, the path is short and there is a human on the other end.
How you are paid
Paid on the cash we have actually collected, monthly, with a narrow clawback window and fair attribution.

- You are paid from money customers have actually paid us. No advances, no draws, no retainers.
- Monthly, Net 30
- Once the partner portal is live, payouts run monthly through Stripe Connect, Net 30. In the early phase we pay quarterly by hand.
- A clean hold, not a clawback
- Your first payout on an account follows the customer's third consecutive paid invoice, so most reversals never happen in the first place.
- A low payout threshold
- A £40 minimum keeps payouts tidy. Anything below it rolls forward until you reach it.
- A narrow clawback
- Commission is only ever reversed if a customer churns or refunds within the first 90 days. A customer paying late is our problem, not yours.
- Fair attribution
- Register a named prospect and it is yours. We approve registrations within 10 business days and protect an approved deal for 90 days.

Partner questions
- One programme with three ways to take part: introduce as an Ambassador, deliver as a Solution Partner, or embed Kabaido in your own platform. One shared portal handles resources, deal registration and payouts.
- Ambassador if you have a strong network and want to introduce and earn. Solution Partner if you implement and integrate software for customers. Technology or Embedded if you are an ERP vendor or platform that wants Kabaido as a layer across many customers.
- You earn a share of the Kabaido subscription on the accounts you bring or own, and you keep all of any implementation you deliver. Ambassadors earn up to 15% for 24 months, Solution Partners 15% while they own the account, and embedded partners up to 20%. Your exact rate is set in your agreement.
- Monthly, Net 30, through Stripe Connect, once a customer has paid three consecutive invoices. There is a £40 minimum payout and balances roll forward until you reach it. In the early phase we pay quarterly by hand.
- Yes. 100%, always. We never take a cut of your services.
- No. There is no joining fee and no annual access fee at any tier.
- Ambassadors earn for 24 months per account. Solution and embedded partners who own and renew the relationship earn for the life of the account while they stay active, reviewed each year.
- By registering a named prospect. We approve registrations within 10 business days, and an approved deal is protected for 90 days. If we are already working that account, the introduction earns a smaller courtesy rate.
- Only if the customer churns or refunds within the first 90 days. A customer paying late is our collection risk, not yours.
- No. There are no exclusivity traps and no lock-in. You stay independent and free to work with whoever you like.
