We are building AI for Industrial Sales, founder-led from Bournemouth. These are the roles we are hiring for now, across product, revenue, marketing and operations.

How we work

What we can tell you honestly

We will not pretend to a benefits page we do not have yet. Here is what is true today.

Founder led, no layer between
Kabaido is small and based in Bournemouth. You would work with the founder, on the product and the company, with nobody in between.
A UK core, sold worldwide
The core team is UK-based. Sales is led from the UK and run in every market by regional representatives who own their patch.
We hire deliberately
We add people when the work is real, and we would rather wait for the right person than fill a seat. A strong application lands whenever you send it.
We reply to every serious application

Bournemouth or UK remoteProductTrainee, full time

Support Technician

A trainee seat for someone technical and adaptable. You learn the Kabaido platform inside out, look after customers on the technical side and help build what comes next, with the founder, no layer in between.

What you will do

  • Learn the platform end to end, from how a request is structured to how a quote is priced
  • Own the technical side of customer accounts: onboarding their data, catalogue imports and configuration
  • Triage and resolve support requests, then turn the recurring ones into product fixes
  • Work alongside the founder on new features, testing them against real customer work
  • Grow into a platform and customer engineer as the product and the company grow

What we look for

  • Basic technical skill and a real appetite to go deeper: some scripting, SQL, spreadsheets or a track record of teaching yourself fast
  • Careful and precise, because the work is correctness under ambiguity
  • Clear written English, since most support and account work is in writing
  • Genuine curiosity about manufacturing and about how AI is built honestly
  • UK-based and able to work UK hours

Founder's Associate

A chief-of-staff seat next to the founder. You organise the business and the team, keep the schedule and the priorities straight and turn decisions into things that actually happen.

What you will do

  • Run the founder's calendar, inbox triage and the week so the right work gets the time
  • Organise the team and keep projects moving, chasing the actions that fall between people
  • Prepare for meetings, capture what was decided and follow up until it is done
  • Handle the operations, admin and small recurring tasks that keep a company running
  • Sit in on strategy and translate it into a plan the team can execute

What we look for

  • Exceptional organisation and sound judgement under pressure
  • Trusted with confidential information without exception
  • A fast, clear communicator who can switch context all day without dropping a thread
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and happy to own the unglamorous detail
  • UK-based and able to work UK hours

Head of Revenue

You own revenue end to end. You build and lead the sales team, run the demos, close the deals and design the onboarding that turns a new customer into a lasting one.

What you will do

  • Own the revenue number and the path to it, from first touch to closed and onboarded
  • Build and lead the sales team, including the regional representatives around the world
  • Run demos yourself and close the deals that set the standard for the team
  • Design the onboarding motion so a signed customer reaches value quickly
  • Shape commercial terms and pricing conversations with the founder, and build the playbook the team sells from

What we look for

  • A track record of closing B2B software or industrial deals, and growing a team that closes
  • Comfortable with a technical product sold to a technical buyer
  • As strong at building the motion as at selling within it
  • Honest and graded in how you forecast and report
  • UK-based and able to work UK hours

Bournemouth or UK remoteMarketingFull time

Marketing Manager

You own the Kabaido brand and the marketing that feeds it: branding, design, content, social, communications and campaigns. You work hand in hand with the Head of Revenue so the brand and the pipeline pull together.

What you will do

  • Own the brand across the website, content and social, keeping one consistent voice
  • Plan and run campaigns that earn attention without unevidenced claims
  • Produce the content, from writing to design to video, that carries the brand
  • Manage communications and the company's public voice across every channel
  • Work closely with the Head of Revenue so marketing feeds real pipeline

What we look for

  • A strong portfolio across brand, content and design
  • Able to write well and art-direct with taste in equal measure
  • Aware of what marketing actually drives, and willing to be measured on it
  • High output and high standards, comfortable owning the whole function early
  • UK-based and able to work UK hours

Remote, your regionRevenueFull time plus commission

Regional Sales Representative

You lead Kabaido sales in your part of the world. You run the outreach, deliver the demos and close the deals, reporting to the Head of Revenue and owning your number and your commission.

What you will do

  • Own sales in your region, from first outreach to a closed and onboarded customer
  • Book meetings and deliver demos to manufacturers and distributors in your market
  • Build relationships in your local industry and learn what each buyer leaves unsaid
  • Report to the Head of Revenue while leading your own pipeline and commission
  • Feed what you hear in the field back into the product and the playbook

What we look for

  • Local market knowledge and the language to sell in it
  • Self-starting and target-driven, comfortable owning a number
  • Able to sell a technical product to a technical buyer
  • An existing network in manufacturing or industrial supply is a strong plus
  • Based in your region, anywhere in the world
