Support Technician
A trainee seat for someone technical and adaptable. You learn the Kabaido platform inside out, look after customers on the technical side and help build what comes next, with the founder, no layer in between.
What you will do
- Learn the platform end to end, from how a request is structured to how a quote is priced
- Own the technical side of customer accounts: onboarding their data, catalogue imports and configuration
- Triage and resolve support requests, then turn the recurring ones into product fixes
- Work alongside the founder on new features, testing them against real customer work
- Grow into a platform and customer engineer as the product and the company grow
What we look for
- Basic technical skill and a real appetite to go deeper: some scripting, SQL, spreadsheets or a track record of teaching yourself fast
- Careful and precise, because the work is correctness under ambiguity
- Clear written English, since most support and account work is in writing
- Genuine curiosity about manufacturing and about how AI is built honestly
- UK-based and able to work UK hours
