Booking a meeting

Book a meeting cards appear in the Commerce area, in Support and on the website contact page. Each shows real availability: pick a slot and the meeting is booked, with a calendar invitation and a confirmation email to you.

The invitation carries a Kabaido Meet link, kabaido.ai/meet with a meeting code, which opens in the browser with no account and no download. See Kabaido Meet for what to expect in the call. If a Kabaido Meet room cannot be created the booking still completes and falls back to a Google Meet link, so a booking never fails for want of a room.

If no slots load, the card says so and points you to the message form and hello@kabaido.com instead. Booking consumes no credits.
